The toll rates are €1.57 for light vehicles (passenger cars, vans and motorcycles up to 3,500 kg, and electric vans up to 4,250 kg) and €9.49 for heavy vehicles (trucks and other heavy motor vehicles over 3,500 kg). These rates are set by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.

With MOVE-IZI you pay toll on the A24 motorway, known as the Blankenburg Connection. This motorway connects the A15 near Rozenburg and the A20 near Vlaardingen and improves accessibility in the Rotterdam region.
With MOVE-IZI you can choose between prepaid or postpaid. Prepaid: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), iDEAL, Sofort, Cartes Bancaires, P24 and Bancontact. Postpaid: direct debit, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Cartes Bancaires, with weekly or monthly invoicing.
With prepaid (payment in advance) you top up your account in advance. With postpaid (payment afterwards) the toll is automatically charged via direct debit or credit card.
Emergency services such as ambulances, fire brigade and police are exempt from toll collection on the A24. Check the current exemptions on this page for the most recent information.
The toll rates for the A24 are set by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Rate changes are communicated in a timely manner via the official MOVE-IZI website.
Yes, toll is charged on every passage of the A24/Blankenburg Connection. This applies regardless of the direction of travel (from A15 to A20 or vice versa). As a MOVE-IZI customer, the costs are processed automatically.
